STC_8706Jordi Raventós, who owns El Bosc Hotel and Restaurant, is a sommelier. He won the “2008 Golden Nose” prize at the age of 35. Jordi’s passion for wine and hotel management was passed down to him from his family, which owns many vineyards and the restaurants La Posada and Les Piques. For this reason, El Bosc Restaurant offers an extensive wine list containing wines personally selected by Jordi himself. He will tell you everything you want to know about wines, or if you prefer, offer advice in selecting the wines.

We would also like to mention the importance of this project and the human and professional merits of our chef, with whom we are fortunate enough to be able to share our joyful and troubled moments…, Jordi Martínez. Despite his youth, his track record is quite impressive, since he has the inevitable initial experience that is customary in any good chef, based on training and information which, in this case, has led to his rapid promotion as head of our kitchen.
